The hotel has available single rooms, double rooms, junior suites, and suites. When booking a room, breakfast, bed linen, and towels are included. For longer periods (5 days and more), rooms are cleaned every three days. Further room cleaning needs and changes of linen and towels can be arranged at an additional cost.
The hotel uses an automated check-in/check-out system, with online booking and payment. Reception is staffed every day from 07:00 until 19:00. After 19:00, there is no staffed reception and any service questions will be answered by phone or email. A code will be sent to you by SMS or email on the day of check-in. You can use this code to get into the hotel and your room throughout your stay.

Sales and Delivery
An SMS and e-mail will be sent to you on the date of check-in. Hotel rooms are booked immediately after payment is completed. This is confirmed via an email sent to the guest with a receipt for their stay. This receipt is proof that the guest has reserved a room for the given period of time, and that they have the right to be accommodated during this period.
We require full payment to reserve the room/s two days prior to arrival.
Privacy and GDPR
We process personal data according to the GDPR. Information about your stay is collected only for use in connection with your stay. Information that may be associated with you as a person will never be made available to other businesses or be linked to other external records.
When you shop with us, the payment will be processed by NETAXEPT. This is a secure electronic payment solution for Visa and MasterCard. All card information is kept in accordance with the card companies’ regulations.
If you wish to cancel your stay, it is possible to do so at no cost, within 24 hours after the booking was made. If the arrival date is the day after the booking was made, cancellation is available within 4 hours after the order was made. Bookings made on the same day as the check-in date cannot be cancelled. Cancellations must be sent in writing to our email address (firstname.lastname@example.org), with “Cancellation” in the subject line and the order number of the booking. For bookings made through third-party channels (such as Booking.com, Expedia, HRS, CoopHotellkupp, and Kongeparken) cancellation must be made through the same channel as you made the booking in. Note that in these cases the cancellation policy of the respective external partner applies.
Check-out time is at 12:00 noon. After that, the code will cease to work. You may order a late check-out until 14:00 (kr 200,-) or 16:00 (kr 400,-). Check-out later than 16:00 will be charged as an additional room night stay. Late check-out must be agreed upon in advance and is subject to the hotel’s availability.
If you wish to air out a complaint, you must provide us with a written notice (e-mail or letter), within a reasonable period of time, stating the fault/error. We will then provide you information on what to do next. The rules on complaints can be found in the Consumer Buying Act (Consumer Purchase Act).
Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of cancellation under the Travel Act.
There is a warranty under the Travel Act.
It is not allowed to consume alcohol in the hotel’s public areas.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the hotel’s premises. This applies to both common areas and rooms. Covering or tampering with smoke detectors is extremely hazardous to the safety of our guests and will be treated severely. It may result in a fine being imposed as well as eviction from the premises without recompense. In case of violation, a fine of kr 1500,- applies to the person responsible for the room.
A video surveillance system operates in the hotel public areas (except toilets but including external areas). Video surveillance is being carried out for the guest’s personal security, since the hotel operates partly reception-free, and to ensure a high standard of service. The recorded videos are deleted according to applicable laws.
It is strictly prohibited to let other people enter the hotel room other than those listed as residents of the room. Should there be a special need for this, it must be agreed upon with the hotel in advance. It is not allowed to hold parties in rooms or in any of the hotel’s common areas.
