St. Svithun Hotell offers flexible conference facilities in a central location, close to both Stavanger city center and Forus. Our meeting rooms can host up to 200 participants and are suitable for everything from small team meetings to larger conferences.
Each room has good lighting, modern equipment, and reliable Wi-Fi. We offer day, evening, and weekend packages tailored to your event, along with catering options from Café Morgenrød.
Capacity and Equipment
Our conference rooms feature large windows that provide plenty of natural daylight, creating a bright and comfortable environment for productive meetings. Curtains can easily be adjusted to control both lighting and privacy based on your needs.
St. Svithun Hotell is fully accessible for guests with mobility, hearing, or visual impairments.
All conference rooms include a projector or smart TV, conference camera, screen, flip chart, writing materials, and Wi-Fi. Additional equipment such as microphones, speakers, and DVD players is available on request.
