Hotel Sverre is centrally located in Sandnes city center with Langgata, a pedestrian street lined with shops and restaurants, as its neighbor. Within a short walking distance, you can reach the train and bus stations, cinema, malls, Vitenfabrikken, and Fun Center, making Hotel Sverre an ideal accommodation for families and business travelers alike.
Hotel Sverre has 69 rooms a relaxed atmosphere, where we do our best to ensure that you have a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Since Hotel Sverre is a reception-free hotel, we encourage all guests to securely book and pay online. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the main door code via email, which you will use to enter the hotel. You have the option to check-in online or via our MEWS kiosk at the reception desk, which you will also use to cut your room key, and we promise it’s as easy as 1-2-3!
Hotel receptionists come by for inspections several times a day, and can also be easily be contacted via phone at +47 51 97 30 00 and email 24 hours a day. Our guests’ comfort and security are our top priority.
Meeting Facilities
Hotel Sverre offers modern and fully equipped meeting rooms with projector, sound system, video conference equipment, flipcharts, and high-speed wireless internet.
If you would like to have snacks, lunch, or dinner for your meeting, this can of course be arranged and delivered by our sister hotel, GamlaVærket.

With 69 rooms, Hotel Sverre has a relaxed atmosphere, where we do our best to make your stay a comfortable one.
Hotel Sverre is only a 2-minute walk away from the Sandnes station, making it easily accessible by train or by bus. If you are driving to Hotel Sverre, there are plenty of paid public parking spaces along the streets surrounding the hotel.
With our comfortable rooms and central location, Hotel Sverre makes a great place to stay, may it be for business, accommodation, or socialising in Sandnes.
Hotel Sverre serves breakfast (75,- NOK) from 06:30 to 09:30 from Monday through Friday, and 07:30 to 10:30 on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
For other mealtimes, we highly recommend our sister hotel, GamlaVærket, which is located just a street away on Langgata. As a guest at Hotel Sverre, you can enjoy 10% off of your meals at the restaurant. GamlaVærket also has a café called Emanuels Plass, and a wine bar called VinVærket.
For quick snacks and beverages, there is a vending machine in our lobby at Hotel Sverre.
Check-in
You may check-in as early as 15:00. Early check-in has an additional charge of 200,- NOK and is subject to availability.
Check-out
Check-out time is until 12:00 noon. After that, your room key card will cease to work. You may order a late check-out until 14:00 (200,- NOK). Check-out later than 14:00 will be charged as an additional room night stay. Late check-out must be agreed upon in advance and is subject to the hotel’s availability.
Standard Single Room
The Standard Single Room is 15 square meters in size, with carpeted flooring, and a private bathroom. It is a modern room with one comfortable single bed, a desk, and TV. Free Wi-Fi.
Economy Double Room
The Economy Double Room is 13-17 square meters in size, with carpeted flooring, and a private bathroom. It is a modern room with two separate twin beds, a desk, and TV.

Standard Double Room
The Standard Double Room is 22 square meters in size with its own private bathroom. It is a modern room with either carpeted or wooden flooring, two comfortable twin beds, a desk, and TV.

Standard Triple Room
The Standard Triple Room is 22 square meters in size, with carpeted flooring , and a private bathroom. It is a modern room with two separate twin beds, an option for a third single bed, a desk, and TV.
