Hotel Sverre is only a 2-minute walk away from the Sandnes city center station, making it easily accessible
by train or by bus.

Hotel Sverre’s proximity to the train station makes it very easy for our guests to travel anywhere to and from Stavanger, Sandnes, and all the way down to Egersund on a day trip.
Traveling by car:
There is limited free guest parking available right next to the hotel, in addition to plenty of paid public parking spaces. There is a charging station for electric vehicles located in front of the boutique “Om igjen” on Storgata, a minute’s walk away from Hotel Sverre.

Hotel Sverre is centrally located in Sandnes city center with Langgata, a pedestrian street lined with shops and restaurants, as its neighbor. Within a short walking distance, you can reach the train and bus stations, cinema, malls, Vitenfabrikken, and Fun Center, making Hotel Sverre an ideal accommodation for families and business travellers alike.
Hotel Sverre has 69 rooms and a relaxed atmosphere, where we hope to ensure that you have a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Hotel Sverre serves breakfast (75,- NOK) from 06:30 to 09:30 from Monday through Friday, and 07:30 to 10:30 on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
For other mealtimes, we highly recommend our sister hotel, GamlaVærket, which is located just a street away on Langgata. As a guest at Hotel Sverre, you can enjoy 10% off of your meals at the restaurant. GamlaVærket also has a café called Emanuels Plass, and a wine bar called VinVærket.
For quick snacks and beverages, there is a vending machine in our lobby at Hotel Sverre.
Reception-free Hotel
Since Hotel Sverre is a reception-free hotel, we encourage all guests to securely book and pay online. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the main door code via email, which you will use to enter the hotel. You have the option to check-in online or via our MEWS kiosk at the reception desk, which you will also use to create your own room key, and we promise it’s as easy as 1-2-3!
Hotel receptionists come by for inspections several times a day, and can also be easily be contacted via phone at +47 51 97 30 00 and email 24 hours a day. Our guests’ comfort and security are our top priority.
Breakfast
Hotel Sverre’s breakfast is available from 06:30 to 09:30 from Monday through Friday, and 07:30 to 10:30 on Saturdays and Sundays.
