Cancellations
You can cancel your stay free of charge within 24 hours of making your booking. If your arrival date is the day after your booking, cancellation is free within 4 hours of booking. Please note that bookings made on the same day as check-in cannot be cancelled.
Cancellations must be sent in writing to our email address ([email protected]), with “Cancellation” in the subject line and the booking number.
Please note that cancellations made after the deadline will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of a one-night stay.
For bookings made through third-party channels (such as Booking.com, Expedia, HRS, CoopHotellkupp, and Kongeparken) cancellation must be made through the same channel as you made the booking in. Note that in these cases the cancellation policy of the respective external partner applies.
